We stayed the night by Union Square and met my Dad and Marilyn to tour the city, take Noah's first trolley ride and to enjoy a breaded bowl of clam chowder soup. It rained off and on through out the day but it didn't seem to ruin our trip.

We went on the Polar Express in Sacramento. Riding the train having hot chocolate and a cookie and seeing Santa, Noah was in heaven. The train ride was perfect.
First attempt with Santa with the kids.
Second attempt. We tried one more time but it still did not work. Oh well we gotta love Santa.

Roman and Noah's Fly Fishing Trip
YUBA RIVER
This was Noah's first Fly fishing trip with Dad and we went to the Yuba River that is about an hour north of Sacramento. Noah had the best seat on the river because he was riding in the back pack helping Dad fish.
MONSTER STEELHEAD
Noah loved that he was able to see some monster steelhead on the Yuba River. Roman and Noah did a lot of exploring along the river and even did a little bit of fly fishing.
Halloween
This year we decided that we were all going to dress up. Noah during this time has been fascinating with Peter Pan and so we did it. Noah was a perfect little Peter Pan who is only allowed to fight Captain Hook with his sword and not Wendy nor tinkerbell. Lucy was tinkerbell, I was Wendy and Roman was Captain Hook. At first I couldn't believe I was going to be out and about and see everyone in a night gown but I saw how excited Noah was with us all being dressed up I put my own pride aside and loved every moment with my family.
Roman really played a great Captain Hook.Lucy's wings I think were bigger then her.
With dressing up for trunk or treat at church I also wore my costume at Noah's school and all of Halloween night at a party. That Night gown got to see the town. Here is Noah's preschool class. I loved helping out and seeing all the cute costumes. We do it for them.
THe kids dressed up the moms as mummies. All the kids of the mom's, Noah included got scared and cried. I guess they did not like seeing everyone wrap up their moms.
Popping for apples.
My Peter Pan, I hope he never grows up, I love you.
We went to Bishops Pumpkin farm and picked out our pumpkin, petted the animals, enjoyed carmel apples, rode the train around the farm, and watched a pig race. By the way the pigs are still at my house and they go everywhere with us. Noah's imagination will not let them stay at the farm.
Noah's First Day of School
Hot weekend
Last Summer Ditch on the Lake
We tried to squeeze in one more trip before summer ended. The Carters joined us and it was a hot perfect weekend. Don't you just love Donner Lake, early morning shot.
Noah loves this spot.Northstar has so many fun things to do for kids durning the summer. One of our favorite spots to visit. Noah likes to do the bungee jump.
The Carter boys and Noah enjoying a quiet moment.

I can't help it she is so cute I have to kiss all the time.

She will stay on the swing for hours, Roman and I take turns pushing because she does not want to get off.
