This summer we went to Washington to Roman's parents house. We had the best weather ever and Washington had it's highest temp ever at 103. We spent 4th of July there and joined in on the boat parade on their lake and fireworks. Their next door neighbors this year decieded to put on their own professionally show on the lake and we had great fireworks for like 2 hours. We were tubing and water skiing all day long. The 4th of july is my favorite holiday because it is warm and we play on the lake all day and it has great bbqs with the famous frog eye salad, strawberry shortcake and lots of diet coke. What more can I ask for. We stayed for three weeks and Noah took some swim lessons and we hiked part of Mt. Rainer, and Roman's mother Beth and I made our own little boot camp and worked out everyday.

Power walked the whole way up!

The snow was too deep for Noah to walk in and was getting a little bit of help from Grandpa.

The whole family on the tubing. Lucy loved it.

Roman for his birthday received from our friends the Hansen's some synchronizing swim lessons from the pros with a matching speedo and nose blug.

Roman's 33rd birthday.
We started the summer off with a trip to Shasta Lake to go houseboating. We went with some of my college friends. It was great to see everyone and with all their kids. On our house boat we had the Weaver family, who brought us all together, the Dallin's, the Freedmans's and us. We had three babies and lots of toddlers but it worked out really well.

Emily Weaver had this great idea for all the ladies to go swimming, it turned to be the highlight of the trip. The men were stuck with all the kids while we took our girl moment.
